Refunds are managed by Apple
If you purchased an in-app purchase or subscription in the PK Rewards app and would like a refund, you must contact Apple directly.
Apple does not provide apps with the ability to process refunds. Only Apple can process refunds for purchases made through an iTunes account.
Steps to getting a Refund
Step 1 - Cancel your subscription to prevent being charged again next cycle. To do this, you'll just need to turn off auto-renew within your phone's iTunes account settings. PK Rewards is not able to manage these settings for you from in our app, but the steps are pretty easy and you can do it at any time. Step 2 - Contact Apple Customer Support directly at https://getsupport.apple.com/. Click ‘Billing & Subscriptions’ > ‘Subscriptions & Purchases’ > ‘Request a Refund’ and follow the directions from there. Since Apple does not allow apps to manage subscriptions purchased on your phone via iTunes account, you’ll need to contact them directly for a refund.
Please Note: We are unable to give anyone refunds for purchases made in the app - you must contact Apple to request a refund, they do not allow apps to manage subscriptions individually. Do not contact our support as we are not able to help you with refunds.
